- Meeting called to order (JB)
- BM's Elderberry and Raspberry Homebrew
- "Tart fermented liquid"
- BM was hoping for more bubbles
- Strange viscosity, probably as a result from the fermentation
- Texture doesn't bother, but it is interesting!
- Wild fermentation
- MP's Dos Equis Mexican lager
- In clone, using Pilsner, Vienna
- Theirs came out darker and with more alcohol
- Dark wheat probably has to do something with that
- New yeast used (something dry), fermented very well
- Rehydrated the yeast, then pitched (no starter)
- JB's Bickerdyke's Saison
- WLP-565 DuPont strain
- 65 deg -> 85 deg, first time for a Belgian yeast
- Thought it would be more expressive
- Elderflower, but it's not very noticeable
- Pretty light, doesn't taste like a lot
- CB's Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
- Dry and crisp
- Very pale ale-y
- The line between pale ale and IPA? Pretty blurry...
- More balanced towards hops
- Easy to drink, not super high in alcohol
- Lots of recipes available, but all pretty similar
- 2-row and caramel 60
- Cascade, Pearl, Magnum hops
- Not too far from the recipe for Torpedo IPA
- SK's Dankhouse Clear Eyes
- Clearer than expected (all the yeast is still in the bottom of the can)
- Tastes like a juicy Dankhouse brew, though!
- CB's Bell's Two Hearted IPA
- Tastes like a Bell's, not much more than that
- JB's Bickerdyke's Porter
- Black malt, crystal, oats
- Well received
