- CB's homebrew American lager
- 4.4%(?)
- Basement lagered for a couple of weeks
- Lightly carbonated, needs more
- Hops really came through, nice finish
- Originally going to use maize, but substituted flaked rice instead
- Mexican lager yeast, started at room temp, then cooled down
- SK's Abita Brewing (Abita) Strawberry Lager
- 4.2%
- Tastes like Franken Berries!
- That is weird...
- Inorganic, possibly carcinogenic
- Tastes like a beer that someone wanted to taste like strawberries but didn't want to use any strawberries
- AW's Jackie O's (Athens) Lelle Foudre Aged Saison Style Ale
- 4.1%
- Good, but weirdly thin
- Powerful, but nothing behind it
- Champagne-style taste to it
- Very carbed
- Wild yeast acidity comes through
- Bready
- JB's Bickerdyke dry stout
- 4.7%
- Very dry finish
- Almost like a dark German lager (in a good way)
- Roast is very prominent, intense
- CB's stout
- 4.1%
- Not as sweet as expecting
- Not syrupy
- Lot of bitterness helps balance out the sweetness
- Bitterness is coming from roasted malts
- TG's raspberry sour
- "Ooh yeah, it's sour"
- Tart, maybe not as sour?
- Almost has fruit tartness reminiscent of grapefruit and raspberries
- Compare to the DESTIHL (Normal) Wild Sour Lynnbrook Raspberry
- Looks like a White Claw?
- MP/TS's pilsner I
- Diametric opposite to TG's sour
- Very smooth
- Still young, only a month old
- Would definitely be better if it were lagered for a couple more weeks
- MP/TS's pilsner II
- American lager loosely based on Miller and Coors
- Malty sweetness
- Almosts tastes "sweetened" (but not sweet)
- Corn may be contributing to some of the sweet notes
- CB's Wolf's Ridge Brewing (Columbus) 614 Lager
- 4.3%
- Little bit dry
- Still reminiscent of MP/TS's pilsner
- BM's cider sweetened with honey
- Apple-y, but funky
- Very well received
- 5 cups of honey in 3 gallons of cider - lots!
- Wild fermented for a year
